All the orders received by ZoomIn security are shipped using Australia Post service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from ZoomIn Security containing a tracking number for your order. Please enter your valid tracking number into the box to view the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also search on the Australia Post webpage.
When will my order be shipped?
The order is shipped based on the order placed. For end customer, the order is usually shipped within 10-15 days of the order placed and in case of big orders from installers, they will be delivered within 25 days at the most.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally for which international shipping rates will apply.
What do I do, if I have a problem with the product I received?
In case of the product received, needs to be returned (under Refund & exchange policy), the customers are requested to fill the “Return and Exchange Form” available on the website.
To make it simple, just log in into your own ZoomIn account, confirm the order placed and fill up the “Refund & Exchange Form” with the required details.
This will allow us to attempt to assist you to identify the appropriate warranty actions for your product and provide you with return instructions.
Please do not send product back without filling up the “Refund & Exchange Form”.
